The term responsible comes from the Latin responsum and indicates who can be called to answer.
The responsible is personally called to achieve the targets in the execution of tasks and duties entrusted to him; he gives reasons and suffers the consequences of his or her own actions and behaviors.
From the definition that recalls Roman law, the Christian concept of responsibility develops on the matter of virtues.
