Truth and judgment of the free conscience
Truth
The natural law is immutable and present in our hearts; it expresses the dignity of the person and establishes fundamental rights, summoning to duty and to turn away from offense; the failure to apply its provisions or their replacement with human laws are illicit.
Rather than limiting the existence, freedom can avoid the self-destruction while its seed is responsibly cultivated, following its roots in the truth without distortions, to work for the moral good.
