Justice to the Creator
Judgement
God creator, the source of existence, has every right over the creature, which remains in debt even when offering Him his being for justice, as he cannot yield what already belongs to God by right.
Since the person is created in His image, man is just afore God creator if he loves his neighbor, but only by grace this relationship can rise to the gift of self to love God above everything.
Man is responsible for justice with the benevolentia that does not subordinate the person to his own ends, but it realizes him and promotes pre-moral goods with the love for life and health.
The moral value of each act is determined and conditions the attitude towards others, which cannot be reduced to objects of enjoyment; rules oblige as they carry greater good with a respect that develops and accomplishes the person, attesting an attitude of love.
The commandment not to kill asks for searching the good and does not admit that the person, well superior in itself, is reduced to the object of selfishness.
