Cooperation
Parents must bring their children to know and respect the moral standards as necessary and valuable for a responsible personal growth, with great serenity and trustfulness at the service to educate them, with responsibility afore God, Who calls and gives the parents the mission of building the Church in their children.
The Lord entrusts to parents the growth of His children; parents are so supported in their task of strengthening the gift of divine grace in their children’s souls.
God Himself appointed the parents as first and principal educators, with an inalienable right.
The Christian family is called upon to take part actively and responsibly in the mission of the Church, in what it is and what it does, as an intimate community of life and love.
This relationship is renewed by Christ through faith and the sacraments: spouses, parents and children must live together their service to the world as of one heart and soul.
