The dominion over creation, lost through original sin, would be reestablished by science and praxis, so leading many philosophical currents to also consider the message of Jesus and the salvation of the soul as a flight from responsibility and a selfish search for salvation, untying logic from the value of virtues and laying foundations on reason and freedom only.
